This is a hybrid role. As a VIP Account Executive you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our VIP customers, delivering personalized service and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Reporting to the Head of VIP you will be part of the VIP Team, supporting the day-to-day management of VIP customers, VIP events, gifting and hospitality activities, while contributing to an excellent overall VIP experience.
Salary range for this role, based on experience level is €2,000 - €2,600 gross per month.
You Will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, providing personalized and high-quality service.
Manage daily VIP customer queries, requests and issues, including out-of-hours support when required.
Monitor customer activity and provide bonuses, gifts and hospitality invitations in line with business requirements.
Act as a key point of contact for VIP customers and ensure timely, professional communication.
Support and attend VIP events and other customer-related activities, including outside standard working hours when required.
Work closely with other departments and escalate relevant customer or technical issues when necessary.
Contribute to improving VIP services, processes and customer experience.
Support VIP Account Managers and Strategic Account Managers with day-to-day activities.
Perform other duties related to the VIP function as required.
You Have:
Fluency in Latvian and English; fluent Russian would be considered an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, confident and positive communication style.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Strong customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility regarding working hours, as the role involves VIP events, customer activities and other work-related duties that may occasionally take place outside standard working hours, including evenings and weekends.
