Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media ads, UGC, and branded marketing campaigns.
- Create and animate motion graphics, titles, and transitions to enhance storytelling using After Effects.
- Repurpose existing footage and assets into multiple formats tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and creative teams to understand project goals and deliver high-impact videos.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all video outputs.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files efficiently.
- Stay current on trends in social media video content, editing styles, AI video, and platform best practices.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and revisions professionally.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience, particularly in creating ad content for social media.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects or similar software (Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge is a plus).
- Strong understanding of editing techniques for social-first content, UGC polishing, and branded storytelling.
- Ability to work with raw UGC, scripted content, and marketing campaigns to craft cohesive narratives.
- Skilled in creating and editing motion graphics, kinetic typography, and lightweight animations.
- Attention to detail, with a strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
- Experience optimizing content for different platforms (aspect ratios, file sizes, platform-specific trends).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with sound design, color grading, and basic audio mixing.
- Proficiency in shooting photo and video content for social media would be a plus.
