Overview of role:

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Video Content & Social Media Lead to take ownership of our social-first content strategy. You'll play a central role in designing, producing, and publishing engaging video content across our Italian web assets assopoker.com and italiapokerclub.com, as well as our owned media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), with the goal of building community, driving engagement, and converting users across multiple gambling verticals.

The role requires an Italian native speaker, able to create content that feels natural and relevant for an Italian audience.

You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our video content, from ideation and scripting to editing, publishing and post-analysis. You’ll also oversee editorial flow across social media, ensuring consistency, timing, and coherence through coordination with internal authors and external collaborators. This role blends creativity, execution, and a sharp focus on user-first content design in poker, sports betting and casino.

What you'll do:

• Lead the creation of user-first video content for social media, from concept to publication

• Design content with proven value to our target audiences across poker, sports betting, and casino verticals

• Write and structure scripts, identifying topics and formats that resonate with user behaviour and platform dynamics

• Supervise video production, including sourcing and briefing footage (on-site and remote)

• Manage post-production workflows: editing, animation, voiceover, subtitling, packaging

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, freelance contributors, and editorial teams

• Oversee the social media editorial calendar, ensuring alignment and delivery with all content contributors

• Support community engagement strategies and user activation across social and CRM channels

• Analyse content performance and user feedback to continuously optimise format, tone and reach

• Develop and test new content formats aligned with audience interest and platform trends

What you'll bring:

• Strong track record in video content production and editing

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver high-performing content in poker, sports betting, and casino

• Clear understanding of what drives user interest, attention and conversion in the gambling space

• Deep knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok formats and best practices

• Ability to manage end-to-end workflows independently and at pace

• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) and social publishing platforms

• Fluency in Italian and English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working on live event coverage or live social content

• Background in community management or influencer coordination

• Skills in motion graphics or visual design

• Familiarity with performance metrics and content analytics tools

• Knowledge of CRM and newsletter engagement mechanics
