As a Venue Support Officer with MAX Data Monitoring Services, you’ll join a collaborative team that supports gaming venues across New South Wales, delivering accurate data monitoring, exceptional service and trusted operational support that keeps the industry running smoothly. 

Your role, your impact 

This role plays a key part in supporting assigned venues, analysing gaming data, and ensuring accurate tax assessment outcomes. You’ll be the trusted first point of contact for venues, balancing customer service, operational accuracy, and regulatory compliance every day. 

  • Provide responsive first-level support and own customer enquiries end-to-end. 

  • Analyse gaming data to support accurate taxation and reporting outcomes. 

  • Manage operational matters across an allocated portfolio of venues. 

  • Build trusted relationships with venue contacts, regulators, and stakeholders. 

  • Maintain strict compliance with procedures and secure data handling. 

  • Collaborate closely with team members to resolve issues efficiently. 

What you'll need to succeed 

You’re a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and working with data. You bring a strong sense of accountability, thrive in structured environments, and take pride in delivering accurate outcomes while supporting others. 

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service outcomes. 

  • Experience supporting customers in a helpdesk or operational environment. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling data. 

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a regulated environment. 

  • Confidence building strong relationships with colleagues and venue contacts.
