Venue Support Consultant (MAX - Loyalty)

The Role 

Looking for a role where you can help venues get the most from their loyalty programs? You’ll join a supportive team that works closely with venues across Australia, helping them create better customer experiences and build confidence using loyalty solutions. This is a fast-paced role where strong relationships, practical problem solving, and collaboration make a real difference every day. 

Your role, your impact 

Working as a close-knit team, you’ll support our venues using MAX loyalty solutions (Wildcat, Alveo etc) and help them achieve the best results from their programs. You’ll balance training, support, and problem solving while working closely with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience. 

Specifically, you will; 

• Support venues with loyalty system enquiries and guidance 

• Deliver training that builds confidence and system knowledge 

• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate timely resolutions 

• Manage onboarding activities and loyalty program changes 

• Partner with internal teams to support venue success 

• Maintain records of support activities and interactions 

What you'll need to succeed 

You enjoy helping customers, can stay calm when priorities change, and you take pride in finding practical solutions across both technical and operations issues. You build trusted relationships, communicate clearly, and work well with others to achieve positive outcomes. 

• Experience in venue operations, loyalty or customer support, and an understanding of the impact Max products have on the profitability of a venue.  

• Knowledge of, and experience using, Max Technology system, Wildcat, Alveo etc  

• Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges 

• Strong capability managing competing priorities effectively 

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with venues and internally 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure, diffuse a situation with empathy and give regular updates when providing a solution 

• Ability to collaborate across teams for better outcomes
