ENTER THE GAME

You will join the User Research team, made up of passionate professionals whose role is to design the best possible user experience by deeply understanding user behavior, motivations, and needs. In this role, your scope will be primarily operational (around 80%), focusing on enabling and scaling research activities, while also contributing to research initiatives (around 20%), supporting the team in generating impactful user insights.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

  • AI & research optimization
    Deploy AI use cases across the research lifecycle (planning, analysis, synthesis), build AI agents, automate qualitative and quantitative analysis, and integrate these solutions into the existing stack.
  • Continuous monitoring & in-app feedback
    Set up user feedback collection systems (e.g., in-app satisfaction pop-ups), structure their analysis, and integrate them into a continuous insights monitoring system.
  • Repository & insights
    Structure and maintain the research repository, improve accessibility, and drive the adoption of insights across teams.
  • Tools & infrastructure
    Manage and evolve the research tools stack, run continuous benchmarking (especially AI tools), and improve adoption across teams.
  • International research
    Support the setup and execution of international studies (recruitment, coordination, data quality).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Research Ops or User Research
  • You are comfortable managing participant panels, databases, and research tools (Dovetail, UserTesting, Maze, Lookback, etc.)
  • You understand repository and knowledge management challenges
  • You have a strong interest in AI applied to user research
  • You are able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, Tech…)
  • You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken)

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Manon - Lead User Researcher (your future manager), then you will prepare a Use Case and meet Thomas - Chief Experience Officer.

Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
