Tribe Manager

Aristocrat Interactive, a leading technology and platform provider in the iGaming industry, is dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. We are currently looking for a Tribe Lead to join our collaborative and forward-thinking delivery team.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding a group of development teams (a “tribe”) operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks. You will lead both managers and engineers, driving alignment, delivery excellence, and team performance. This position is a hybrid role based in Skopje, with 3 days per week onsite.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a “development tribe” consisting of Scrum Masters, Team Leads, Developers, and QA Engineers coordinated into Agile/Scrum teams.
• Act as a central point of ownership for the tribe, proactively identifying, prioritizing, and resolving challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead all aspects of delivery across the tribe, taking full responsibility for SDLC execution, timelines, and deliverables—ensuring high-quality outcomes delivered on time and within budget.
• Drive KPI-based performance management by tracking team metrics, identifying improvement areas, and continuously enhancing team effectiveness.
• Mentor and support Team Leads and Scrum Masters in maintaining and evolving Agile/Scrum guidelines.
• Assess leadership maturity within the community and continuously set a higher standard, improving overall performance through balanced and scalable development.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, product owners, and framework users, ensuring clear communication, visibility, and effective information flow across all levels.

What We're Looking For

• ·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience using AI tools to improve and accelerate development processes.
• Proven background as a Senior Developer
• Proven track record serving as a Scrum Master or Team Lead, working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Solid understanding of Scrum practices, including benchmarks, metrics, and reporting
• Technical knowledge of microservices architecture, AWS, and SQL/NoSQL databases is considered an advantage.
• Experience as a System Architect is beneficial.
• Solid people management and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability and eagerness to mentor, coach, and develop other leaders.
• Excellent communication skills, including strong English proficiency, clear written communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
