The Transformation Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end transformation programme during a major technology migration.
This is a highly collaborative role, operating as part of the UK&I Commercial Transformation team, but working cross-functionally across Commercial, Operations, Product, Technology, BI & Data, Compliance, Trading, Procurement, Finance, HR and more.
Acting as the strategic connector across workstreams, you`ll provide cross-programme visibility and ensure alignment to the overarching programme vision, programme objectives and design principles.
Given the complexity and scale of the migration, and volume of stakeholders involved, this role is critical in ensuring coherent controlled change utilizing governance and decision-making forums to drive successful change alignment and minimize disruption to BAU.
In this role, you will be partnering with Workstream Leads to support delivery of programme objectives, proactively anticipating and resolving issues and second order effects, managing inter-workstream dependencies, and other duties as required to enable the organization to transition smoothly into new technologies and ways of working.
The remit of this role is broad and varied, one day you could be designing and facilitating workshops and the next creating business process flows or writing business cases. No two days are the same, so you`ll need to be proactive, curious, solution-orientated and adaptable.

Own the overall transformation programme roadmap and ensure all workstreams remain aligned to strategic objectives and design principles of the migration
Provide programme-wide oversight, identifying cross-functional impacts, risks, blockers and interdependencies

Support senior decision making through structured analysis, scenarios evaluation and recommendations
Resolve cross-workstream challenges by coordinating subject matter experts and stakeholders
