We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Trainee Games Certification Specialist to join our team in Lviv/Kyiv!

What You'll get to do:

• Support the game certification process from submission to approval.

• Prepare and maintain game submission documentation.

• Coordinate certification tasks across multiple stakeholders.

• Keep Jira up to date and well-structured.

• Create regular status reports and dashboards.

• Perform report validation and data checks.

• Organize and maintain the certificates workflow.
  

What you need to know:

• English level C1. ~90% of daily communication is in English with African and UK partners.

• Project coordination skills. Ability to manage ~10 mini-projects in parallel.

• Good Jira experience. Comfortable working with large task volumes (200–400 open tasks).

• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets), including: Pivot Tables and Functions: TEXT, YEAR, MONTH, DAY, NOW, IF, IFNA, VLOOKUP, SUM, COUNT, AVERAGE, SUMIF, COUNTIF, AVERAGEIF.

• Strong communication skills. You are proactive, comfortable approaching people, and building working relationships.

• Curiosity & willingness to learn. Regulations, markets, and requirements change often - curiosity is key.

• Result-driven mindset. You know how to push for progress and get things done every day What You’ll Gain.

• Hands-on experience in game certification and regulatory processes.

• Daily work in an international environment.

• Strong exposure to project coordination, reporting, and compliance workflows.

• A solid foundation for growth into Certification Manager / Project Manager / Compliance roles.

Here's what we offer:

• Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
