Join one of the UK's leading online gaming and entertainment businesses and help power the creative engine behind some of the industry's most recognised brands.

At Rank Interactive, our in-house creative studios in Mauritius and South Africa produce a high volume of digital, campaign and always-on creative assets across multiple brands and channels. As demand continues to grow, we're looking for a Traffic Manager to become the operational heartbeat of both studios, ensuring work flows seamlessly from brief to delivery.

This is a newly created, on-site role based in Mauritius, providing a dedicated local presence to coordinate resources, manage workflow and keep our creative teams running at their best.

As Traffic Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of our studios, balancing workloads, allocating resources effectively and ensuring creative briefs progress efficiently through the production process. Working closely with Project Managers and the wider Brand team, you'll translate business priorities into practical resourcing decisions, helping teams stay organised, productive and focused on delivering great work.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems and has a talent for bringing structure to complexity. You'll be at the centre of the action, proactively identifying resource challenges, resolving workflow bottlenecks and ensuring teams across Mauritius and South Africa remain connected, aligned and set up for success.

If you're highly organised, commercially minded and passionate about improving processes while enabling creative teams to do their best work, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll do/Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day resource scheduling and allocation across the Mauritius and South Africa studios, matching the right skills to confirmed briefs to maintain high utilisation and meet agreed deadlines
  • Maintain a clear, real-time view of studio capacity across both locations, tracking what's in flight, what's incoming, and where pressure is building
  • Work closely with Project Managers to align resource plans with delivery schedules, ensuring handoffs between creative development and production are seamless
  • Manage brief intake and routing, assessing scope and skill requirements and assigning resource appropriately across the two studios
  • Identify and resolve resource conflicts before they affect delivery, escalating to the Brand Team where needed
  • Maintain a skill-set matrix for production team members across both studios, ensuring capabilities are accurately mapped and consistently matched to brief requirements
  • Establish and embed consistent workflow and handoff standards between Mauritius and South Africa, keeping both studios operating in sync and to the same quality bar
  • Use resource management and project tracking tools to plan, track, and report on studio capacity and allocation
  • Flex capacity up or down as volume demands, sourcing additional support during peak periods or redistributing workload during quieter times
  • Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and process gaps, proposing practical improvements that increase throughput and reduce friction

What you bring / Experience required:

  • Proven experience managing resource allocation and workflow in a high-volume, fast-paced creative or production studio environment (essential)
  • Strong understanding of creative and production workflows, project delivery lifecycles, and the skillsets that underpin them
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams or studio locations (essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail; able to hold a clear picture of competing priorities without dropping anything
  • Clear, confident communicator, able to work effectively alongside Project
  • Managers, creative leads, and brand stakeholders without duplicating effort
  • Proactive problem-solver; able to anticipate capacity risks and act before they become issues
  • Proficiency with resource management and project tracking tools; Excel or equivalent proficiency beneficial for capacity planning and reporting
  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or a similarly fast-moving, digital-first environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • Comfortable working fully on-site and embedded within the studio team
  • Formal qualifications are welcome but not required

Gen AI & Agentic Thinking

  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to operations and project management to improve planning and workflow efficiency
  • Agentic mindset: able to break down complex resource and workflow challenges into clear, manageable actions and execute systematically
  • Able to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply sound human judgement to resource and delivery decisions

If you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. Ready to bring structure, pace, and clarity to a studio that's ready for it? Let's talk.
