Job Description

A Trading Assistant to support the expansion of the Trading In-Play team at our Bogota office.

As part of our further expansion in Latin America, we are currently seeking talented and experienced Trading Assistants to join our team.

Preferred candidates will have proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a wide-ranging sporting knowledge. All relevant training will be provided to support progression to the level of Trader.

A competitive salary and benefits package will be provided to the successful candidate based on experience and skills.

The position requires flexible working hours including weekends and evenings to cover the busy sporting calendar.

• Ability to analyse situations rapidly and make effective, logical decisions under pressure, ensuring timely responses to dynamic events in the sports betting environment.
• ​Exceptional attention to detail, enabling the identification of discrepancies and ensuring the accuracy of data and information, which is crucial for maintaining the integrity of trading operations.
• Proficient in numerical analysis and calculations, with the capability to interpret statistical data effectively, facilitating informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, allowing for clear and concise interaction with team members and stakeholders, as well as the effective dissemination of information across various platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of various sports, including rules, statistics, and current events, which enhances the ability to engage with trading activities and make informed decisions based on real-time developments.

Main Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and manage live betting markets for multiple sports, making real-time adjustments to odds and offerings based on ongoing events and market conditions to optimize trading performance.
• Verify and input statistical data and event information into the system with precision and speed, ensuring that all updates are timely and reflect current developments in the sporting world.
• Responsible for the precise and timely settlement of betting markets post-event, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and that customers receive accurate payouts.​
