🏏Calling all Cricket Enthusiasts to join our team as a Cricket Trading Analyst 🏏

As a Cricket Trading Analyst, you’ll work with a dedicated team to analyse the game, develop models, and provide insights that drive the sport forward. We equip you with competent hands-on managers who are top performers in their field and have a passion for the industry.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Use your cricket knowledge to make informed pre-match and live predictions.
• Analyse trends and patterns by researching and interpreting cricket data.
• Collaborate with our team to enhance existing models or develop new ones.
• Provide clear, thoughtful client support to ensure they can fully utilise our insights.
• Stay adaptable and perform well in fast-paced environments aligned with the sports calendar.

ABOUT YOU:

• Cricket Enthusiasm: You love the game and have a deep understanding of it.
• You want to turn your passion for cricket into a rewarding career for professional growth and international recognition.
• Exceptional maths skills, you’re comfortable working with data and spotting patterns.
• You are skilled in Excel and eager to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail to catch any discrepancies or issues.
• Comfortable managing tasks in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work with shift-based patterns.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

• Initial CV Screening: to understand your background, expectations and cricket expertise.
• Assessment: Short online assessment demonstrating your cricket knowledge and skills.
• Two Interviews: Meet with the team and later the Hiring Manager to dive into your experience, also discuss team fit.
• Finals Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!
