We need a Channel Marketing Manager who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of both the formal and informal markets. You’ll be a strategist and a relationship builder — equally comfortable negotiating with large retailers as you are tailoring programs for independent vendors. What you’ll be doing
• Strategy Development:
Create and implement marketing strategies for both formal and informal channels, tailored to diverse partner needs and market segments.
• Partner Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, resellers, and informal vendors.
• Campaign Execution:
Oversee development and rollout of channel-specific campaigns, sales tools, promotions, events, and digital assets.
• Market Analysis:
Conduct research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities, trends, and strategies to expand market penetration.
• Performance Monitoring:
Define KPIs, track results, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Brand Alignment:
Ensure all activities reflect Betway Bucks’ brand identity and deliver consistent messaging across channels.
• Collaboration:
Work with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Development teams to align initiatives with business goals.
• Budget Management:
Support allocation and tracking of promotional budgets to ensure ROI and efficiency.
• Training & Enablement:
Provide partners with tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell Betway Bucks.


What we’re looking for
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in channel marketing or channel management, with exposure to both formal and informal sectors.
• Strong understanding of distribution processes and channel sales dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analysis platforms.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, online advertising).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Highly organized, with excellent time and project management abilities.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a track record of developing engaging campaigns.
