Trade Activation Lead

Working at the heart of our Wagering business, you will help shape how our trade network experiences our brand, products, and campaigns – right where the action happens.
 
Your role
Reporting to the Trade Engagement Manager, this role plays a hands-on part in delivering trade initiatives that lift performance and strengthen relationships across our retail network. You will work closely with teams across the business, using insight and collaboration to bring activations, events, and campaigns to life in market.

• Lead execution of national trade activations, events, and promotional campaigns
• Drive strong relationships with Retail Operations and cross-functional stakeholders
• Translate data into practical insights that inform smarter trade decisions
• Support delivery of trade shows and industry events across multiple locations
• Monitor performance measures to optimise outcomes against commercial targets
• Ensure all activity meets regulatory and compliance requirements

What you'll need to succeed
You are energised by fast-paced, on-the-ground work and thrive when working with diverse stakeholders. You bring a balance of creativity and commercial thinking, using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

• Experienced in activating business-to-business marketing initiatives in market
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across varied stakeholder groups
• Strong data driven mindset, turning insight into clear, actionable outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, operational environment
• Comfortable working in regulated environments with high attention to detail
• Flexible and resilient, with willingness to travel and work weekends as required
