THE JOB:

Have a love for sports and thrive in high-energy environments? As a Ticket Writer, you’ll help guests place bets on sporting events from around the world while delivering fast, friendly service. If you’re passionate about the game and great with people, this is your chance to be part of the action!

THE SCHEDULE: Must be available to work during hours of operation.

PEAK PERIOD

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 11:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 11:00pm

NON PEAK PERIOD (Mid May - Mid August)

Monday - Friday 11:00am - 10:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 10:00am - 10:00pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Guest Interaction: Assist guests with placing sports bets, answering questions, and providing a smooth and exciting experience at the counter.

• Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions accurately, pay out winnings, and maintain your cash drawer throughout your shift.

• Game Day Support: Stay up to date on sporting events and odds to help guests make informed betting decisions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum age of 18 yeas old
• High School Diploma, GEB or equivalent
• Passionate about sports
