THE JOB:
Ready to make an impact as a Technical Support Engineer? Are you the type of person that wants to tackle complex challenges with creative solutions and drive process improvements that shape the future? Then we want YOU as you analyze both hardware and software needs, plan impactful projects while providing expert recommendations. THE STARTING RATE: $27.25 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Analyze hardware & software needs for planning of projects and make recommendations based on requirements
- Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes by taking a broad perspective to problems, and identifying new, less obvious solutions
- Document project metrics for presentation to Senior Management, and coordinate tasks for deployments
- Manage project deployments appropriately to deliver upon committed project goals within assigned scope of responsibility
- Coordinate with outside vendors for project implementation
- Work with end users both pre & post deployment to ensure verification of successful product delivery
- Develop software automation scripts, and documentation for deployments
- Ability to train and lead property technicians or contingent workers for project implementation
- Work on hardware and software issues on company and non-company supported devices
- Has an associate's degrees. Two (2) year college degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience of Information Technology in a similar role.
