This is a New, hybrid role. As a Technical Lead you will lead the technical direction and delivery of frontend solutions built with Angular, leading teams through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will combine hands-on development, technical leadership, and people management to deliver high-quality, scalable products.

You will help embed AI-driven agentic development practices into everyday engineering workflows. Leveraging autonomous AI agents responsibly, you will accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and enhance decision-making across design, implementation, testing, and documentation — while guiding the team in adopting agentic workflows that reduce manual effort and enable engineers to focus on higher-order problem solving be responsible for ((insert brief intro to the role, the hook))

Salary range for this role, based on experience level is $173,100 - $207,700

You Will:

• Drive Technical Leadership & Delivery,
• Deliver AI-Driven Engineering Practices,
• Ensure Quality & best practices,
• Provide Team Leadership & Collaboration

You Have:

• Hands-on experience with Angular and modern frontend development practices.
• Proficiency in distributed systems, object-oriented design, and data structures.
• Experience with SDLC, API integration, and relational databases (SQL).
• Experience with Java and modern backend frameworks.
• Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and vulnerability management.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in professional software development.
