In this role, you will play a key role in aligning business requirements and technology solutions within a complex enterprise environment. You will manage and support a portfolio of enterprise applications across Human Resources, Payroll, Legal, and Risk functions. Your work ensures every solution is aligned with architectural standards, business needs, and strategic objectives — helping teams move faster, smarter, and with confidence.
Your role in action
Reporting into a senior technology leader, you’ll be at the centre of how we deliver and evolve enterprise applications. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders and technical teams to drive clear, effective solutions that support critical business functions across the organisation.
Lead business analysis across enterprise platforms, ensuring clear and actionable requirements
Drive stakeholder engagement to shape fit-for-purpose, scalable technology solutions
Manage and optimise a portfolio of enterprise applications across multiple functions
Coordinate system improvements, integrations, and ongoing platform enhancements
Support end-to-end delivery including testing, change, and release activities
Ensure solutions align with architecture standards, compliance, and strategic priorities
What you'll need to succeed
You’re a confident and capable Technical Business Analyst who thrives in complex environments. You combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills, bringing people together to solve problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, application architecture, DevOps and integrations
Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into solutions
Experience across the following platforms (in order of preference): Oracle HCM, UKG, Aurion payroll, Legal Matter Management systems, Atlassian Suite, and/or ServiceNow.
Proven ability to work across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
Strong stakeholder engagement with ability to facilitate workshops and influence outcomes
Knowledge of privacy, data governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
Experience in regulated or enterprise organisations is advantageous
