THE JOB:
Are you passionate about technology? MGM is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot software and hardware issues and identify network problems. Your expertise with Windows and Microsoft Office will help support our systems effectively. Join our dynamic team and apply today!


THE STARTING RATE: $24.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on company-supported devices, including desktops, printers, and tablets.

  • Perform break-fix services for devices such as point-of-sale systems and wireless equipment.

  • Collaborate on projects as needed to enhance service delivery.

  • Create and update documentation related to processes and systems.

  • Track work time and update ticket status in the ServiceNow ticketing system, and participate in discussions to identify improvement opportunities.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

  • 3 years of experience in Information Technology or a similar role.

  • Strong customer service skills with a personable demeanor.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
