Job Description

  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve set targets and improve overall performance.
  • Foster an environment built on trust, open communication, and positive, cohesive teamwork.
  • Organize team meetings and one-on-ones to provide constructive feedback, evaluate performance, and discuss future goals.
  • Prepare daily or monthly reports regarding the team’s performance results.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a team and demonstrate strong results.
  • Agility to react quickly to various situations and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience in managing projects and teams within the gaming industry.
  • Very good English and good Latvian language skills. As we operate in an international environment, English is essential for collaboration and daily tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, etc.).
  • High motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work a shift schedule (including night shifts).
