Responsibilities:

You will be part of our operations management team with expert knowledge in processes and definitions to ensure accurate and timely collection. 

Desired Qualifications:

• Coordination of a team of FT Analysts who cover a wide range of competitions around the world.
• To deliver live coverage support to analysts, first line QA, customers and other departments support.
• Matchday Support – monitor and support matchdays as required: setting up games, using RB trader client, monitoring feeds/match centres and coordinating analysts.
• Expert base data knowledge - fixtures and players
• To ensure the quality of competitions management is of the highest standard.
• To be able to manage new competitions, therefore getting a quick and high knowledge according to the requirements of the company.
• To be aware of the high level of detail that the company requires for customers.
• To develop and ensure consistent training programme aligned with the Local Training Manager.
• To ensure the Analysts performance is of the highest standard measures against the new check sheet. Ensure always prepared for match day.
• Attend regular team meetings with Supervisors and Analysts and ensure messaging is cascaded on to Analyst group as well as collating and raising issues.
• Training/Definitions Group – Senior Analysts included in communication channels in order to learn/have visibility over definition decision making.
• Set best examples for behaviour and conduct in collection area.
• First point of call to assist with Open Evenings, Collection Client Demonstrations and Career Events off-site.
• High knowledge in betting games processes and definitions.

• Excellent organization and communication skills
• English skills
• Specialist knowledge of worldwide soccer leagues and competitions
• Ability to anticipate operational scenarios 
• Experience as Performance Soccer Analyst
• Complete understanding of collection tools and processes
• Spanish and Portuguese Skills and other languages
• Specialist knowledge of worldwide soccer leagues and competitions
• Organizes own and teamwork by considering deadlines and following the established procedures.
• Working collaboratively with a group of people in order to accomplish a task or achieve a goal. Treats all team members in a respectful, courteous and professional manner; supports team despite different points of views or setbacks.
