- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers while ensuring high code quality and best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing team performance, conducting feedback sessions, and supporting career growth.
- Ability to drive Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure efficient delivery and team productivity.
