The role

The Senior Talent Team leads Talent Management, Development, and Acquisition for our top ~200 leaders globally - from the Executive Committee through to four or five layers down. Partnering closely with ExCo members, extended leadership teams, divisional Chief People Officers, and HR teams, we deliver best-in-class talent solutions across Flutter.

As our remit continues to grow, we’re looking for a seasoned Talent & Programme Manager to support the planning and rollout of cutting-edge talent initiatives within our International division.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Development

• Develop and maintain program materials including briefing decks, toolkits, and communications for senior stakeholders and delegates
• Collaborate with talent management team to design platforms and processes that enhance delegate experience
• Develop program collateral and content materials
• Build strategic partnerships with external experts, faculty, and advisors to strengthen program content

Programme Implementation & Delivery

• Create comprehensive implementation programme and project plans for key talent programmes in International including The Edge and Talent Magnets
• Manage working sessions with facilitators and program designers
• Manage logistics coordination and vendor relationships throughout program execution
• Manage program budgets and procurement processes

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Track KPIs and program impact, developing regular reporting and comms for International ExCo, CPOs, and Senior Talent team
• Collaborate with Group Senior Talent Team and Divisional Talent Directors to ensure cross-program alignment

General Support

• Play a key role in shaping our ways of working — helping to build scalable, consistent working rhythms, tools, and frameworks across the Senior Talent team.
• Support other activities as needed, demonstrating flexibility to work across different programmes of work and priorities as required.

Skills & Experience

• 10 years+ experience in a similar role
• Hands on style, ability to oversee key strategic initiatives while rolling up sleeves to execute detailed tactical work when needed.
• Strong business acumen and proficient in managing complex and varied projects (project management qualifications desirable), including strategic thinking, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain influential relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Demonstrable experience of creating and delivering key KPIs.
• Experience managing confidential data. 
• Experience of collaborating across reporting lines, business divisions and geographies
• Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint and Project Management software
