The Senior Talent Team Associate Project Manager plays a critical role in enabling the seamless delivery of two key Talent & Leadership initiatives for Flutter’s most senior leaders across our global Functions and Divisions. Working closely with the Divisional Talent Directors, Senior Talent Team, People teams and external partners, this role provides high‑quality operational coordination across the full lifecycle of senior leadership and top‑talent development programmes.
With a focus on exceptional programme & event management, data integrity, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement, the Senior Talent Associate Project Manager ensures that all programme activities are executed to a consistently high standard and supports ad-hoc projects and programme deliverables. This includes managing programme events logistics planning & execution, overseeing participant engagement & development analytics processing, coordinating communications and governance workflows, deliver continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback, and supporting the evolution of Flutter’s leadership development offerings as we continue to “Change the Game.”
What you’ll do
Support end-to-end delivery of Flutter's global senior leadership and top-talent programmes ('The Edge' and 'Talent Magnets'), ensuring a consistent, high-quality participant experience
Coordinate programme plans, timelines, risks and dependencies, acting as the central point of contact across Divisional Talent Directors, People teams and external partners
Manage key programme milestones and events, including logistics, supplier coordination, communications and participant journey management
Maintain accurate participant tracking data — including psychometrics, attendance and completion — and produce clear reporting and governance materials for senior stakeholders
Manage supplier relationships and programme budgets, ensuring accurate invoice tracking and adherence to contractual terms
Support senior stakeholder communications, tracking actions and decisions to maintain alignment, transparency and structured governance
Capture participant and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement of programme design and delivery
Contribute to the evolution and scaling of leadership development initiatives in line with Flutter's talent strategy, and support ad-hoc projects within the Talent Centre of Excellence
How you’ll do it
3+ years' project management experience, ideally within a technology and/or federated environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes end-to-end
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall), with hands-on experience using tools such as Jira and relevant certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP
Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, able to present complex topics clearly and professionally
Experience managing external partners, suppliers and budgets, including contract oversight in collaboration with Procurement and Legal
Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong written communication skills and a solutions-focused approach to managing competing priorities
Resilient and adaptable under pressure, with the ability to identify and resolve risks while maintaining delivery momentum; proficient in MS365
