Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist builds and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience from start to finish. They proactively source and engage top talent to understand their motivations and match them with the right opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they develop and execute effective hiring strategies that align with business goals. Through recruitment data and market insight, they continuously optimize processes and drive hiring outcomes that support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remotely.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including extending job offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Fluency in Russian and English, both written and speaking.
- Deep understanding of the Gaming and Tech industry and its talent landscape.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
