Your Impact

This role strengthens the front end of our recruitment process. You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition Advisors and hiring managers to understand role requirements, build targeted talent pipelines and deliver high-quality, pre-vetted shortlists.

Previous experience in technology recruitment is essential. You’ll bring the specialist knowledge needed to identify and engage hard-to-find talent across areas such as software engineering, data and analytics, product, cyber security and infrastructure.

Combining your technology market knowledge with effective sourcing tools and human-centred decision-making, you’ll help deliver a positive candidate experience. You’ll also explore how AI can improve the speed and quality of recruitment, while keeping people at the centre of the process.

You’ll contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and HR projects and provide recruitment cover when a Talent Acquisition Advisor is away, helping maintain hiring momentum and a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

A Day in the Life

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Advisors and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, must-have skills and team culture.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, talent communities and niche platforms.
• Prepare qualified shortlists, including candidate summaries, screening notes and sourcing insights.
• Share market insights on candidate availability, remuneration expectations, skill shortages and effective sourcing channels.
• Maintain visibility of active requisitions, candidate pipelines and recruitment progress to support seamless handovers.
• Manage recruitment operations, including mailbox coordination and reporting.

Your Strengths

• At least two years’ experience in a dedicated resourcing role, ideally within an internal Talent Acquisition or agency environment.
• Demonstrated previous experience recruiting technology roles is essential. You’ll have recruited across technology disciplines and be able to understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate role requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• The ability to manage multiple requisitions, maintain accurate pipeline data and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Australian or New Zealand talent market, particularly the technology sector.
