Junior Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring for operational and entry-level roles in Manila. This role is focused on recruitment coordination and process execution, ensuring hiring processes run smoothly and candidates have a positive experience throughout the journey.

The Role

  • Support high-volume recruitment for operational and entry-level roles in Manila.

  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, scheduling meetings between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

  • Review applications and support the initial screening process.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure recruitment systems are updated throughout the hiring process.

  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience by responding to inquiries and keeping candidates informed about next steps.

  • Manage job postings across recruitment platforms.

  • Supporting general recruitment administration and reporting.
     

Your Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication in English.

  • Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition as a career path.

  • Experience using ATS systems or LinkedIn is a plus

  • Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.

  • Video interview: Meet with the team together with a hiring manager to discuss the role, dive into your background, and also discuss team fit.

  • Onsite Interview: Meet with the local team and take a tour of our office for a final meet-and-greet. 

  • Finals Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!
