Join us as a Talent Acquisition Intern and get hands-on experience in recruitment. You’ll help coordinate interviews, support admin tasks, and learn practical skills in talent sourcing and candidate management.
This is a 12-month internship with flexible working hours - perfect for university students.
What You’ll Do
Schedule interviews and coordinate details with candidates and hiring teams.
Support Talent Acquisition admin tasks, including referrals, hiring surveys, etc.
Keep recruitment systems and records organized and up to date.
Help manage job postings and track applications.
Look for potential candidates online and learn basic sourcing techniques.
Communicate with candidates to share updates or answer simple questions.
Support small projects that improve the way we hire.
What You’ll Bring
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Clear, friendly communication skills.
Interest in learning how recruiting and hiring work.
Willingness to step in and learn by doing.
Comfort using digital tools like Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Slack (optional, can be learned on the job).
Studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields (optional).
