SUMMARY: The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the integrity of the Table Games department, correcting player ratings and marker issues/collections. They have a working knowledge of Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and Poker.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigns Dealers to their designated tables/areas.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities for the Table Games staff.
Corrects player ratings.
Corrects marker issues.
Makes recommendations regarding promotion and/or disciplinary actions.
Must be available for scheduled work.
Must exhibit the Family Style Service Model at all times.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises the Table Games employees, with responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree preferred; or two or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
