What’s the position?
Hard Rock Digital is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator specializing in Microsoft Entra to manage our organization's identity and access management infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Microsoft Entra environment, ensuring secure access to corporate resources, and supporting our cloud first strategy.
Identity Management
Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning
Implement and manage group policies and dynamic group membership rules
Oversee license management and optimization for Microsoft 365 and Azure services
Coordinate with HR and business units on user onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain organizational unit structures and administrative role assignments
Access Management
Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for enterprise applications
Implement and manage Conditional Access policies
Administer Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies and user enrolment
Monitor and resolve identity-related incidents and service requests
Manage privileged access and administrative role assignments
Implement just-in-time (JIT) access controls for administrative activities
System Administration
Perform regular system health checks and optimize performance
Manage certificate lifecycle for identity-related services
Monitor identity infrastructure security alerts and respond to incidents
Implement identity protection features and risk-based access policies
Compliance & Governance
Configure and maintain access reviews and certification processes
Generate and analyze identity-related reports and audit logs
Document identity management procedures and maintain operational documentation
Support internal and external audits related to identity and access management
Implement identity governance policies to meet gaming regulatory requirements
Maintain audit trails for all identity and access changes
Collaboration & Support
Coordinate with End User Computing team on device authentication and enrolment
Provide Tier 3 escalation support for identity-related issues
Train support staff on identity management procedures and troubleshooting
Work with application teams on SSO integrations and identity requirements
Partner with Security team on identity security initiatives
Collaborate with IT Compliance team on identity-related audit activities
Automation & Optimization
Develop PowerShell scripts for automated identity management tasks
Implement automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
Create self-service capabilities for password resets and access requests
Optimize license utilization and cost management
Monitor and improve identity service performance
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
Knowledge of on-premises Active Directory and hybrid identity scenarios

Experience with Cloud Identity governance tools
Familiarity with identity security best practices and zero trust principles
Experience with identity automation and provisioning systems
Gaming or regulated industry experience
