ENTER THE GAME

As a System Engineer, you will join the IT Team, whose role is to be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Betclic's IT infrastructure, cloud services, workplace technologies, and enterprise systems. The role ensures the availability, performance, security, and scalability of the IT environment while delivering high-quality technical support and contributing to infrastructure projects, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, servers, networks, endpoints, and collaboration services.

• Design, deploy, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and related enterprise technologies.

• Manage endpoint lifecycle activities, including provisioning, configuration, patch management, compliance, and security enforcement.

• Implement and maintain identity and access management solutions, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

• Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, system upgrades, and technology rollouts.

• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact business operations.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and operational processes to improve efficiency and service reliability.

• Provide technical support for complex incidents and service requests.

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, security policies, and best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to deliver reliable and secure IT services.

• Maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.

• Support office technology infrastructure and workplace services to ensure an optimal end-user experience.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).

• Microsoft Azure Administration and Infrastructure Services.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) Administration.

• Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, PKI.

• Endpoint Management and Device Compliance (Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM).

• Windows 10/11 Enterprise and MAC Administration and Troubleshooting.

• Server Administration (Windows Server and related infrastructure services).

• Virtualization technologies (Nutanix, Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Machines).

• Enterprise Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewalls).

• Identity and Access Management (IAM), MFA, Conditional Access, SSO.

• Infrastructure Monitoring and Performance Management.

• Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity solutions.

• IT Service Management platforms.

• Automation & Security

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THIS RECRUITMENT?
