The Network Control Technician is responsible for ensuring optimal network performance, with success primarily measured by system uptime. Acts as the first line of defense in identifying and addressing network issues as they arise. Proactively detects, analyzes, and resolves problems within switching and transmission systems, striving to minimize any impact on customer service. Distinguishes between primary and secondary network failures and determines the appropriate course of action. Assesses the severity of incidents to identify and coordinate necessary resources. Prepares and submits service interruption reports to relevant government agencies in compliance with regulatory requirements.
This will be an OVERNIGHT postion - Monday - Thursday - 10pm-11am

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $43,680 - $51,792. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
