Currently, we're looking to hire a Product Manager to join our team and make their contribution to our products.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔ Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners;
✔ Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a sweepstakes gaming product, from concept to launch;
✔ Deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth;
✔ Define the product strategy and roadmap;
✔ Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for the teams;
✔ Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact;
✔ Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources;
✔ Drive product launches, including working with executives and other product management team members.

✅ Requirements:
✔ A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry - is a must. Experience in sports betting, poker, or iGaming, with knowledge of regulated markets and loyalty programs.
✔ Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
✔ Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
✔ Data analytics skills;
✔ Market and competitive analysis;
✔ Strong problem-solving skills;
✔ Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

✅ Nice to have:
✔ Good understanding of online Casino operation;
✔ Understanding of responsible gambling (MGA, SGA, DGA, etc.).
