Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Take ownership of support tickets throughout the entire life cycle and conclusion
  • Communicate about issues with B2B clients
  • Maintain tickets in an issue-tracking system
  • Coordinate issue resolution with third parties and development teams 
  • Investigate issues, interrogating logs and working through code
  • Reply to customers within the support ticket 
  • Communicate with feed providers for issues that may be on their side
  • Create scripts to help access the relevant information
  • Liaise with development teams to triage tickets
  • Communicate with Account Managers for issues raised 

Qualifications

Components for success. You have... 

  • At least 2 years of experience as an L1 or L2 Support Engineer
  • Experience with Linux system support and production systems support
  • Experience with SQL
  • Bash scripting skills
  • Worked with issue tracking system Jira 
  • Troubleshooting skills: client issues debugging, logs analysis, anomalies detection
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with web-based applications
  • Excellent communication and prioritising skills
