Responsable por la operación diaria en los servidores centrales, coordinar y liderar al equipo de operadores de Data Center, así como todas las actividades que se deben ejecutar 7x24x365.
Atender y apoyar actividades de revisión y supervisión de tareas y procesos diarios considerando las definidas en los checklist en cada turno.
Escalar problemas al primer nivel, al Supervisor de Proyectos-QA y Data Center. Debe asegurar que Data Center cuente con procesos y equipo de operadores entrenados y capacitados para atender las responsabilidades del área.
Estudios: Carrera técnica en informática, Licenciatura en Informática trunca (al menos 2 años de estudio) o carrera afín.
Experiencia: Minima de 2 años como supervisor, coordinador y/ o lider de data center.
Conocimientos:
Haber trabajado en turnos diurnos, nocturnos, fines de semana, feriados.
Disponibilidad de rolar turnos y trabajar fines de semana.
