The Role:
The Streamer Partnerships Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, monitoring, managing, and growing relationships with streamer partners who promote the company's products or services through affiliate campaigns. The role combines influencer management, partnership development, account management, and performance marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will also be required to help with the day to day running of the affiliate program, including but not limited to handling traditional affiliate partners from RU speaking markets. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new streamer partners and affiliates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing streamers, affiliates and creator communities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for streamer partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
  • Analyze traffic, registrations, deposits, sales, or other conversion metrics generated by streamers.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, special events, tournaments, giveaways, and promotional activations.
  • Ensure streamers comply with brand guidelines, platform policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with marketing, social, community and creative teams to develop effective promotional materials.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging creators and affiliates.
  • Prepare performance reports and business reviews for internal stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Understanding of livestreaming platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and Kick.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of online communities, gaming culture, esports, or creator ecosystems.
  • Commercial awareness and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in German language is a must. Russian speaking is a plus.
