Description
We are looking for a Strategic Projects Coordinator to join our growing team.
The Strategic Projects Coordinator ensures that cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, CRM, Operations, Legal, Compliance and BI are delivered smoothly and on time. The role supports the day-to-day tracking, documentation and follow-ups, ensuring the CSPO always has clear visibility on progress, risks and next steps.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed project plans (timelines, milestones, dependencies)
- Run weekly project document decisions, track actions and follow up with owners
- Consolidate issues/risks from teams and escalate to the CSPO
- Manage handovers between teams (e.g., Product → Implementation → Marketing)
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and easy to access
- Prepare weekly project status reports: progress, blockers, next steps
- Own internal communication between teams: reminders, updates, clarifications
- Escalate delays or blockers early, with proposed mitigation options
- Support preparation of executive updates and monthly summaries
- Highlight gaps, drops or opportunities that require follow-up actions
- Track regulatory requirements and ensure project tasks reflect appropriate changes Maintain project templates (timelines, decision logs, release checklists)
- Ensure clarity on owners, deadlines and expected outputs
- Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and help resolve miscommunication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or in the final year of study)2–3 years of project coordination or PMO support (tech, digital, SaaS, or iGaming preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to run structured project meetings and produce clean summaries
- Familiar with Jira/Confluence or similar project tools
- Able to break ambiguity into clear steps
- Proactive communicator who escalates early and clearly
- Comfortable coordinating multiple teams and keeping momentum
- Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting
