La risorsa entrerà a far parte dell’area Store Experience, all’interno del Trade Marketing, con un ruolo chiave di coordinamento operativo e messa a terra nei punti vendita dei materiali a supporto del business. In stretto allineamento con il manager di riferimento, il ruolo ha la responsabilità di tradurre i concept di retail design in soluzioni concrete, producibili e implementabili, garantendo coerenza, qualità esecutiva, rispetto dei tempi e controllo dei budget.
Principali responsabilità:
- Pianificazione Operativa: Analizzare i bisogni del business e della rete vendita, traducendo le linee guida strategiche e i concept in piani operativi concreti e realizzabili.
- Traduzione del Concept in Execution: Coordinare la messa a terra dei materiali POS e degli elementi di store execution, garantendo coerenza tra concept, producibilità, qualità esecutiva e implementazione sul territorio.
- Gestione Fornitori e Materiali: Supportare il processo di prototipazione, produzione e test dei materiali POS, gestendo campionature, fornitori e allineamento con i principali stakeholder interni.
- Distribuzione e Controllo Economico: Definire le logiche di distribuzione dei materiali, gestire liste di diffusione e coordinamento con la logistica, monitorando budget allocato, costi e scostamenti.
- Monitoring e Miglioramento Continuo: Definire e monitorare KPI operativi, valutare l’efficacia delle attività di execution e apportare eventuali ottimizzazioni a supporto del business e della rete.
Requisiti:
Il ruolo richiede una forte combinazione di project management, capacità di coordinamento e solide competenze numeriche.

Esperienza Professionale/Seniority:
Risulta titolo preferenziale l’esperienza pregressa nella pianificazione di processi complessi e nel project management, oltre che nella gestione dei fornitori.
