Descrizione del lavoro

ATTIVITA’:

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team CRM e affiancherà il gruppo nelle seguenti attività:

• Segmentazione e targeting clienti;
• Configurazione e gestione di campagne promozionali;
• Impostazione di journey personalizzati;
• Analisi dei dati e performance delle campagne;
• Gestione e verifica degli accrediti bonus;
• Assistenza nella risoluzione di segnalazioni promozionali;
• Collaborazione cross-team con Digital Content, Customer Service e Prodotto.

CARATTERISTICHE:

• Corso di studi in Marketing, Economia, Comunicazione, Digital Management o affini;
• Interesse per il CRM e la gestione dei dati;
• Competenze base in Excel e strumenti digitali (es. Tableau, AEM, AJO, Tool configurazione bonus, etc..);
• Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla comunicazione interfunzionale.
