As a Sportsbook Quality & Monitoring Agent - Intern, you will work closely with experienced trading professionals, actively supporting the quality and consistency of our sportsbook operations while gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic world of sports betting.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Trading team based in Labège, France, your missions will include:
- Actively monitoring sportsbook websites to detect and report issues, anomalies, or potential improvements
- Verifying the accuracy of labels and translations related to sports, competitions, and events
- Ensuring the proper live coverage of sports events and flagging any operational disruptions
- Supporting traders in the setup and maintenance of the sports betting offer
- Assisting with client support communication related to trading issues
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We’re looking for a motivated individual who is:
- Passionate about sports
- Genuinely interested in the sports betting industry
- Strong attention to detail, rigor, and proactivity
- Solid mathematical foundation
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Willingness to work during evenings and weekends when required
