THE ROLE: 

This role is part of Genius' team that helps sports leagues and teams boost performance on and off the field using cutting-edge tech, analytics, and visual insights. 

Oversees the end-to-end delivery of Sportsbook integrations, ensuring efficient and accurate implementation of products such as InPlay, PreMatch, BetVision, and Next-Gen data feeds. Serves as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams to guarantee seamless onboarding, optimal configuration, and sustained service quality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead multiple concurrent integrations across core Sportsbook products, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Commercial) throughout all project phases.
  • Execute and validate API integrations, managing Sportsbook and streaming data (fixtures, schedules, access, and performance).
  • Monitor all implementation requests, conduct testing, and coordinate swift resolution or escalation of integration issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking, documentation, and client-facing materials to ensure delivery transparency.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of APIs, SQL, and the operational workflows of major sports relevant to Sportsbook integrations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency, documentation quality, and client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in API concepts (reading documentation, execution), T-SQL, and various software suites (Atlassian/JIRA, Freshdesk, Microsoft Office).
  • Industry Expertise: Possesses a deep understanding of the Sportsbook industry, including business operations, market dynamics, video streaming, and the rules of specific sports.
  • Practical Experience: Experienced in implementing new customer products, including user training.
  • Management & Soft Skills: Excellent project management, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple assignments.
