What’s the position? 

The Audit Manager, reporting to the Director of Regulatory Audit and Integrity, will be responsible for the sportsbook’s internal audit program. They will ensure the sportsbook is operating in compliance with processes, policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.  

 

Responsibilities include:  

  • Conduct risk-based audits of sportsbook operations and provide actionable insights to enhance operational integrity and mitigate risks.  

  • Develop and implement a centralized audit management system, including dashboards and monitoring tools, to streamline audit tracking, reporting, and analysis. 

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational integrity and risk management. 

  • Take initiative in defining the scope, methodology, and execution of audits with minimal supervision, ensuring thorough and effective reviews. 

  • Develop detailed audit reports, outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans for leadership as needed. 

  • Establish mechanisms for continuous monitoring and follow-up to ensure sustained compliance and process improvements. 

  • Proactively identify emerging risks in sportsbook operations and wagering integrity to develop strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks. 



What are we looking for? 

  • 5-7 years of relevant audit, compliance, or risk management experience. 

  • Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills. 

  • Understanding and experience with the sportsbook regulatory terrain in the US preferred 

  • Experience drafting executive summaries, reporting, and/or presenting to senior and executive leadership 

  • A background in internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational auditing is essential 

  • Experience designing and implementing audit management systems, dashboards, or automated monitoring tools. 

  • Strong analytical and technical skills to optimize audit workflows and improve data-driven decision-making. 

  • Eligible for gaming licensing in all states and jurisdictions where we are active.
