As a Studio Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced, rewarding role in the department responsible for the administration of Live Streaming and effective content delivery across all supported domains and languages. You will also coordinate the development of team leaders and the department as a whole.

As a Studio Supervisor, you will be responsible for the scheduling, building and monitoring of the bet365 sports sites, ensuring that the content on display is of a high quality and localised for key territories.

You will ensure that quality is consistently high and any issues with Live Streaming products are efficiently escalated through the correct channels, both internally and with third party providers.

You will supervise the development of team leaders, assisting them with the development of their teams to meet the high demands of the shift. You will provide team leaders with support during the course of the shift and ensure their development and progression.

• At least 6 months on current position.
• Experience of at least 6 months in a leadership role, prior or within bet365 departments.
• Ability to communicate in English; both written and spoken.
• Display of a committed and flexible attitude.
• Sound decision making under pressure.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• A wide-ranging sporting knowledge and bet365 Sports product.
• Aptitude to review and suggest improvements to policies and procedures to enhance department efficiency.
• Competent ability to understand and implement new policies and procedures quickly and to cascade them effectively.
• Proven track record of developing a team.

• Overseeing team leaders in the management, support and development of operator teams.
• Progressing team leaders in their development and making evidence-based recommendations for banding progression and yearly bonus.
• Monitoring and escalating issues across all areas of the department, providing regular updates to management and other key stakeholders within the business.
• Documenting policies and procedures in support of staff development.
• Ensuring that all duties within the department are on-track and completed within designated timeframes.
• Providing regular reports to management on areas of responsibility, including team performance and Live Streaming provider service level agreements.
• Maintaining the presentation of the bet365 Sports product to a very high standard.
• Supporting the Studio Management team with all aspects of the department operations.
