This is a hybrid role. As a Sports Betting Risk Analyst you will be responsible for playing a central role in managing odds, risk, and liabilities across a diverse range of international markets.

Reporting to the Sportsbook Desk Manager you will be part of our dynamic Sportsbook team. From compiling sharp, competitive odds on various sporting events to helping shape the future of a cutting-edge sportsbook, this role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, loves data, and wants to be part of building something big. Salary range for this role, based on experience level is €2,000 - €2,100 gross per month.

You Will:

• Overseeing Betting Activity: Monitor and manage betting activity to ensure profitability and compliance.

• Odds Compilation: Compile and manage odds across various sporting events to maintain competitive and attractive offerings.

• Customer Analysis: Analyze and profile customers to understand betting behaviors and preferences.

• Product Testing: Test and provide feedback on new product features to enhance the betting experience.

• Collaborate with Marketing: Work together with marketing teams to support new initiatives and promotional activities.

• Customer Support: Provide support to Customer Service by helping to address customer queries and resolve issues.

• Data and Competitor Analysis: Conduct data analysis and monitor competitors to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.

You Have:

• Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• Sports Enthusiast: A fan of sports such as Football, Basketball, Tennis, Ice Hockey, or Esports.

• Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Experience: Previous experience in sportsbooks or data analysis is a bonus but not required.

• Flexibility: Availability to work on weekends and evenings as needed.
