Position Summary:
The Social Media Strategist (with META policy expertise), will be responsible for launching and managing the business Account and the social media pages of Casino, City of Dreams Mediterranean.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create, configure, and manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Integrate social media accounts with WhatsApp and the Melco Club App for seamless communication and engagement.
  • Ensure all content and activities are compliant with META’s policies and applicable with regional gambling regulations.
  • Create a compliant, engaging and on-brand profile presence and feed following the Brand guidelines.
  • Build and manage strategic content calendar tailored to our landline casino audience.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to raise awareness and engage followers organically.
  • Raise awareness about Melco Club Loyalty Program.
  • Build, run and optimize Lead Generation Campaigns.
  • Recommend effective brand safe content types to maximize audience engagement.
  • From time to time, management may change certain tasks based on synergies due to business requirements and operational changes.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Create social media Pages for COD Casino following Compliance and Meta restrictions.
  • Ensures all content follows online and offline policies as well as gambling regulations, preventing takedowns or account restrictions.
  • Measures engagement rate and evaluates content effectiveness.
  • Delivers tasks within scope, time, and budget. 

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in multimedia design or equivalent professional training.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the gaming, online gaming, or forex industries.
  • Experience working with customer engagement platforms and mobile apps.
  • Experience creating and executing social media strategies and content calendars.

Skills/Competencies

  • Solid understanding of major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp for business as well as the Advertising Restrictions.
  • Familiarity regional gambling laws or willingness to learn.
  • Solid knowledge of social media management and analytic tools.
