Spain Security Manager

We are hiring: Security Manager
Location: Alcobendas, Madrid

We are currently looking for a Security Manager to join our team and oversee physical security operations at our facility in Alcobendas.

This role plays a key part in protecting company assets, identifying potential risks, and ensuring that security procedures are effectively implemented across the site. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Internal Security and operational teams to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day security operations
Identifying vulnerabilities and implementing preventive measures
Conducting security inspections and internal reviews
Supervising security personnel and ensuring compliance with procedures
Supporting investigations related to incidents, fraud risks, or operational threats
Preparing reports and providing recommendations to senior management

We are looking for someone with:

✔ Proven experience in security management, investigations, or risk management
✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✔ Experience supervising teams or coordinating security staff
✔ High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
✔ Knowledge of Spanish legislation related to security and safety

Languages: Spanish required | English and/or Russian are an advantage
