THE JOB:
As a Spa & Salon Sales Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of relaxation and luxury. Your primary role is to deliver exceptional guest service while creating a warm, inviting, and elevated shopping experience. You’ll help maintain a consistent brand standard and assist guests in finding the perfect spa or salon products to complement their visit. If you’re passionate about wellness, beauty, and delivering top-tier service, this is your chance to help guests feel their best inside and out. THE STARTING RATE: $14.50 (plus 3% commission rate)
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.
Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals.
Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.
Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years old or older.
Must have a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
