• Backend Systems Architecture & Delivery
  • Design and oversee the implementation of microservices architecture and API ecosystems using .NET, ensuring scalability and performance across all systems
  • Lead the development and deployment of real-time data processing systems leveraging RabbitMQ, SQL Server, Elasticsearch, Kafka to handle high-volume gaming transactions and events
  • Establish and enforce architectural standards, code quality benchmarks, and best practices across the engineering team
• Sprint Planning, Execution & Delivery
  • Conduct sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, and release planning while maintaining alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor sprint execution, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of features and technical improvements
  • Track team velocity, code review metrics, and quality indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing engineers with expertise in .NET, RabbitMQ, SQL Server, and cloud technologies
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development conversations to support team growth
  • Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes code excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning
• Code Quality & Technical Governance
  • Establish and maintain code review standards, testing frameworks (unit, integration, and performance testing), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Conduct architecture reviews and technical due diligence on critical systems to ensure reliability and maintainability
  • Drive optimization initiatives focused on reducing technical debt and improving system performance
• System Scaling & Performance
  • Identify performance bottlenecks in real-time data processing and transaction handling systems
  • Lead initiatives to optimize database queries, API response times, and message queue throughput
  • Plan and execute infrastructure scaling strategies to handle growth in player volume and betting transactions
