The Crown Is Yours

As a Software Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, platform operations, and user enablement. The team serves as the first line of support for the AI Platform, working closely with engineers and non-engineering stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and well-understood AI-powered systems. This role is highly collaborative and communication-driven. You will build automation, integrations, and observability for AI Platform workflows, while also supporting enterprise knowledge systems such as similarity search, vector databases, and knowledge base management. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals, a solid understanding of modern AI system patterns, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.


What You’ll Do

  • Act as first-level engineering support for the AI Platform, assisting with onboarding, usage, and troubleshooting.

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows for platform operations using n8n and full-code solutions.

  • Develop custom integrations and connectors with internal services and external APIs.

  • Improve reliability, performance, and observability of automation and workflow systems.

  • Implement security, logging, alerting, and business metrics for platform workflows.

  • Operate enterprise knowledge systems (e.g., similarity search and vector-based retrieval) that power AI-driven workflows and applications.

  • Create clear documentation, runbooks, and operational guides.

  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.


What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

  • Experienced with Python and/or TypeScript and/or C#

  • Experience building and operating production-grade services, integrations, or automation systems.

  • Solid understanding of modern AI system fundamentals (e.g., RAG, agents, LLM tools).

  • Familiarity with low-code / no-code automation tools (such as n8n) or willingness to learn them.

  • Practical knowledge of vector databases, similarity search, and retrieval optimization.

  • Strong troubleshooting and operational problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with engineers and non-engineers in a fast-paced environment.
