The Social Media Marketing Specialist drives brand presence and community growth across Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram in the Polish and Italian markets. They craft and execute localized content strategies — from posts and reels to situational sports content, while navigating platform compliance with confidence. Working hand-in-hand with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team, they turn data-driven insights into engaging campaigns that grow audiences and keep communities active.

What We Expect From You:

• Managing and developing social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Telegram
• Creating and executing a content strategy for Poland and Italy
• Writing and adapting catchy content (posts, stories, reels, Telegram posts)
• Managing audience engagement: comments, reactions, community management
• Analyzing content performance (engagement rate, reach, audience growth)
• Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team
• Ensuring compliance with platform rules and restrictions in the gambling/betting
• Sports news tracking for all geos with opened social media, making of situational content

• 1–2+ years of experience as an SMM Specialist (experience in iGaming / Betting/ traffic)
• Solid understanding of gambling and betting promotion specifics
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Telegram
• Strong copywriting skills
• Fluent in both Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work with analytics and optimize content based on results
• Creativity, independence, and responsibility
• Interest in football, understanding of the local humor, memes.

Nice to have:

• Experience working specifically with Polish or Italian markets.
• Understanding of local culture, audience behavior, and trends
• Experience in digital marketing
